Terms & Conditions – JaiClub | Jai Club Game Official Platform
Welcome to JaiClub. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Jai Club platform, including the JaiClub game services, JaiClub login, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and all related features.
By registering an account, completing JaiClub login, or using any part of the Jai Club platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use JaiClub.
1. Eligibility to Use JaiClub
To register and use the JaiClub game platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must be a resident of a region where online gaming is legally permitted
- You must have a valid Indian mobile number (+91) for registration and JaiClub login
- You must provide accurate personal information during KYC verification
- You must not already have an existing JaiClub account — one account per person is strictly enforced
- You must not be an employee, affiliate, or family member of a Jai Club team member
JaiClub reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that fails to meet these eligibility requirements, with or without prior notice.
2. Account Registration & JaiClub Login
To access the JaiClub game platform, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to:
- Provide a valid Indian mobile number
- Set a secure password for your JaiClub login
- Enter a valid referral/invitation code — registration without a code is not permitted
- Complete KYC verification before withdrawals are activated
You are solely responsible for keeping your JaiClub login credentials confidential. Any activity that takes place under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Jai Club account, contact our support team immediately.
JaiClub will never ask for your password via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any third-party channel. Do not share your login details with anyone.
3. One Account Policy
JaiClub enforces a strict one-account-per-user policy. Each player is permitted to register only one account. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploit promotions, or bypass a suspended account is strictly prohibited and will result in:
- Permanent ban of all associated accounts
- Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals
- Possible reporting to relevant authorities in cases of fraud
4. JaiClub Game Rules
All games available on the JaiClub platform — including Wingo, TRX Wingo, K3 Lottery, 5D Lottery, Moto Racing, Crash, Teen Patti, Rummy Rush, Andar Bahar, and Sports Prediction — are governed by the following rules:
- All bets placed on any JaiClub game are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after submission.
- Game results on TRX Wingo are determined by live TRON blockchain data and are publicly verifiable — JaiClub does not manipulate results.
- Results for all other games are generated through certified random processes.
- In the event of a technical error, server fault, or connectivity issue during a game round, Jai Club reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount.
- Any attempt to exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
- Minimum bet amounts and payout multipliers are displayed within each game on the JaiClub platform and may be updated periodically.
5. Deposits on JaiClub
All deposits made on JaiClub are subject to the following terms:
- Minimum deposit: ₹100
- Accepted payment methods include UPI (QR-based), IMPS, bank transfer, and USDT
- Deposits are credited to your Jai Club account wallet after successful payment confirmation
- Do not deposit to any UPI ID or bank account that is not displayed on the official JaiClub deposit page — JaiClub is not responsible for funds sent to unofficial accounts
- All deposits are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless using USDT, which is converted at the current applicable rate
- Deposits are non-refundable once they have been used for gameplay on the JaiClub game platform
6. Withdrawals on JaiClub
Winnings earned on the Jai Club platform can be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum withdrawal: ₹110
- Maximum withdrawal: ₹50,000 per transaction
- KYC verification (Aadhaar + PAN + bank details) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed
- All active bets must be fully settled before a withdrawal request can be submitted
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 minutes to your verified UPI or bank account
- Bonus funds must meet the required wagering conditions before they can be withdrawn — see Section 7 for details
- JaiClub reserves the right to delay or review withdrawal requests flagged for suspicious activity or incomplete KYC
- Bank account details provided must match the name on your KYC documents exactly
7. Bonuses & Promotions
JaiClub offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, first deposit bonuses, daily cashback, referral rewards, and festival promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:
- Welcome bonus of up to ₹750 is credited upon successful registration and qualifying first deposit
- Bonus credits must be wagered before they are eligible for withdrawal — wagering requirements are specified at the time of each bonus offer
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting wagering conditions
- JaiClub reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire bonuses at any time without prior notice
- Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in permanent account suspension
- Referral bonuses are paid out based on the activity of referred players and are subject to milestone-based release schedules
8. Referral Program Terms
The JaiClub referral program allows registered players to earn rewards by inviting others to join Jai Club game. By participating in the referral program, you agree that:
- Referral rewards are earned only when the referred user registers with your code and makes qualifying deposits
- Self-referral — creating a second account using your own referral code — is strictly prohibited
- Referral earnings are released according to the active milestone schedule on JaiClub
- Spamming referral links on social media, messaging platforms, or through unsolicited messages is not permitted and may result in referral earnings being forfeited
- JaiClub reserves the right to adjust referral reward structures at any time
9. Responsible Gaming
JaiClub encourages all players to game responsibly. The Jai Club game platform involves real money and carries financial risk. Please keep the following in mind:
- Never bet more than you can afford to lose
- Do not chase losses — take a break if you are on a losing streak
- Gaming on JaiClub should be for entertainment, not as a source of income
- If you feel you are developing a gaming problem, contact our support team to discuss self-exclusion options
- JaiClub reserves the right to impose deposit limits, gameplay restrictions, or account suspension on any account showing signs of problem gaming behaviour
10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JaiClub platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or referral programs
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets on any JaiClub game
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or reverse-engineer any part of the Jai Club platform
- Using stolen payment methods or fraudulent UPI IDs for deposits
- Money laundering or using JaiClub for any illegal financial activity
- Sharing your JaiClub login credentials with others to allow third-party account access
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Impersonating JaiClub staff or creating fake platforms to mislead other users
11. Platform Availability
JaiClub aims to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be available 100% of the time. Scheduled maintenance, server updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access to JaiClub login and gameplay.
During maintenance periods, open bets will be preserved and settled once the platform is restored. Jai Club is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime beyond the refund of any affected bet amounts.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the JaiClub platform — including the logo, game designs, graphics, interface, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Jai Club and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any JaiClub content for commercial purposes without written permission. Unauthorised use of JaiClub branding or game assets — including running fake clone sites — is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
13. Limitation of Liability
JaiClub provides the platform and its games on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jai Club is not liable for:
- Financial losses incurred through gameplay on the JaiClub game platform
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to compromised JaiClub login credentials
- Damages caused by use of fake or clone sites impersonating JaiClub
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
14. Account Suspension & Termination
JaiClub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if:
- A violation of these Terms & Conditions is detected
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified on the account
- KYC verification cannot be completed or documents are found to be invalid
- The account has been inactive for an extended period
In cases of confirmed fraud, all balances and pending withdrawals may be forfeited. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact JaiClub support for a review.
15. Changes to These Terms
JaiClub may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Jai Club — including JaiClub login, deposits, or gameplay — after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the JaiClub game platform and request account closure.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where JaiClub operates. Any disputes arising from the use of the Jai Club platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
